环形风电机组基础底板中预应力技术的应用

摘要 在风电项目的不断落实中,对于风电机组的基础项目建设而言,基础底部混凝土受到较大承载应力的影响,容易在不同工况荷载下出现混凝土开裂问题,需要应用新技术提高底部混凝土的抗裂能力。从建筑施工行业来看,预应力技术可以提高结构的抗裂能力。为此,研究了在基础底板上施加预应力的方案,探究分析了不使用、使用预应力筋时的配筋及效果验算,最后进行了仿真模拟和试验讨论。在底板上施加预应力可减小最大裂缝宽度,增强风电机组基础底板的稳定性,提高发电效果。 In the continuous implementation of wind power projects,for the construction of wind turbine foundation projects,the concrete at the bottom of the foundation is subject to significant bearing stress,which can easily lead to concrete cracking under different working conditions.New technologies need to be applied to improve the crack resistance of the bottom concrete.From the perspective of the construction industry,prestressing technology can improve the crack resistance of structures.Therefore,this paper studied the scheme of applying prestress on the foundation base plate,explored and analyzed the reinforcement and effect verification when using and not using prestressed reinforcement,and finally conducted simulation and experimental discussion.Applying prestress on the base plate can reduce the maximum crack width,enhance the stability of the wind turbine foundation base plate,and improve power generation efficiency.
