选煤厂皮带运输机巡检机器人设计

摘要 选煤厂皮带运输机在长期运行过程中容易发生各类故障,存在一系列的安全隐患,因此,设计了适用于皮带运输机的巡检机器人。该巡检机器人以STM32F103VET6芯片为核心,并利用传感器技术实时获取井下环境参数及机器运行参数,然后以无线通信模式将数据传送至上位机,以控制巡检机器人完成自动巡检、遥控巡检任务。应用结果表明,设计的选煤厂皮带运输机巡检机器人可以满足设计要求,减少了故障发生率,提升了皮带运输机的安全系数。 In order to solve the problems that the belt conveyor in coal preparation plant is prone to various kinds of faults and hidden safety risks during long-term operation,a inspection robot suitable for the belt conveyor was designed.With STM32F103VET6 chip as the core,the sensor technology was used to obtain real-time environmental parameters and operation parameters of the inspection robot,and the data was transmitted to the supreme computer in wireless communication mode.At the same time,control the inspection robot to complete automatic inspection and remote inspection tasks.The application analysis results showed that the designed inspection robot for belt conveyor in coal preparation plant can meet the design requirements,reduce the fault incidence and improve the safety factor of belt conveyor.
