The motor faults of the coal washing equipment in the coal preparation plant was mainly analyzed.The motor faults were classified,including winding faults,bearing faults and temperature rise problems.The reasons for the faults were analyzed,including motor design problems,impact of operating conditions and environmental factors.Some common fault detection methods,such as vibration analysis,thermal imager application and current analysis,were introduced.Based on this,fault handling measures were proposed,including implementing preventive maintenance,motor upgrades,and environmental control.Research can help coal preparation plants effectively solve the problem of motor failures in coal washing equipment,improve equipment reliability and production efficiency.
