千米埋深矿井的通风系统改造分析

摘要 随着煤矿开采深度的增加,在千米埋深矿井和大单翼开采布局的双重干扰下,需要对井下工作面的通风系统进行优化设计,确保其拥有良好的通风能力。以山西A矿37、39采区为例,当采区逐渐延伸变远时,受现有主要通风机性能和通风网络系统的干扰,存在通风阻力大、风速超限等问题。因此,结合以往的案例,从通风机选型及补掘西翼回风大巷等方面出发,对通风系统进行了改造,并且经过实践应用,可以得知,37、39采区的风量充足,能够有效满足煤矿开采需求。 With the increase of coal mining depth,under the dual interference of kilometer deep mines and large single wing mining layout,it is necessary to optimize the ventilation system of the underground working face to ensure that it has good ventilation capacity.Taking 37 and 39 mining areas of A Mine in Shanxi Province as an example,as the mining area gradually extended and became farther away,there were problems such as high ventilation resistance and excessive wind speed caused by the interference of the existing main ventilation fan performance and ventilation network system.Therefore,based on previous cases,the ventilation system was renovated from the aspects of fan selection and excavation of the west wing air return roadway.Through practical application,it can be concluded that the air volume in 37 and 39 mining areas is sufficient to effectively meet the needs of coal mining.
