综采工作面中高强度聚酯纤维柔性网的应用研究

摘要 针对矿井综采工作面末采,采用传统经纬金属网与钢丝绳相配合进行收尾作业的方式存在收尾施工效率低、作业人员劳动强度大、安全隐患大、易影响工作面正常接续的问题。为有效解决上述问题,以山西一煤矿68307工作面末采收尾工程概况为例,研究了采用柔性网来替代传统金属网配合钢丝绳的收尾工艺,并分析了收尾应用效果,结果表明,相较于传统末采收尾方式,采用新型柔性网进行工作面末采收尾,收尾工期可缩短40%,收尾效率更高;工人劳动强度更低,安全性更好,促进了收尾工作的降本增效,保障了采面的正常生产接续,取得了较好的应用效果。 The traditional method of combining latitude and longitude metal mesh with steel wire rope for the final mining of the fully mechanized mining face in mines has problems such as low efficiency of final construction,high labor intensity of operators,high safety hazards,and easy impact on the normal connection of the working face.To effectively solve the above problems,taking the final mining finishing project of 68307 working face in a coal mine in Shanxi Province as an example,this paper studied the finishing process of using flexible mesh to replace traditional metal mesh with steel wire rope,and analyzed the application effect of finishing.The results showed that compared with the traditional finishing method,the use of a new flexible net for finishing the final mining of the working face can shorten the finishing period by 40%,increase the finishing efficiency,reduce the labor intensity of workers,improve safety,promote cost reduction and efficiency improvement of finishing work,ensure normal production continuity of the mining face,and achieve good application effects.
