数字经济背景下潍坊市农业高质量发展研究

Research on High-Quality Agricultural Development in Weifang in the Context of Digital Economy

实现农业高质量发展是全面推进乡村振兴的重要环节,数字经济为农业高质量发展提供了新的动力源泉。为探究潍坊市农业高质量发展的提升路径,本文选取了潍坊市2015—2021年的年度数据,采用熵值TOPSIS法构建潍坊市农业高质量发展评价指标体系。实证研究发现:农业产出效益指标对潍坊市农业高质量发展水平影响最大;农业数字化发展和农业基础设施建设能够推动潍坊市农业高质量发展;数字技术与农业产业融合还需要进一步提升;近三年,潍坊市农业高质量发展水平呈现增长趋势。基于研究结论,提出建议:优化农业科技投入,提高农业产出效益;建立农业数据共享机制,促进数字技术与农业农村深度融合;发展农村电商新模式,推动农村一二三产业融合。

Achieving high-quality agricultural development is an important link to promote rural revitalization in an all-round way,and digital economy provides a new driving force for high-quality agricultural development.In order to explore the improvement path for high-quality agricultural development in Weifang,the paper selects the annual data from 2015 to 2021,and constructs the evaluation index system of high-quality agricultural development in Weifang,using the entropy TOPSIS method.The empirical study finds that the indicators of agricultural output benefit has the greatest impact on the level of high-quality agricultural development in Weifang;the digital development of agriculture and the construction of agricultural infrastructure can promote the high-quality development of agriculture in Weifang;the integration of digital technology and agricultural industry needs further improvement;in the past three years,the level of high-quality agricultural development in Weifang has shown an increasing trend.Based on the conclusion of the study,some suggestions are put forward:optimize the input of agricultural science and technology,and improve the benefit of agricultural output;establish agricultural data sharing mechanism to promote the deep integration of digital technology and agricultural and rural areas;develop new models of rural e-commerce and promote the integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas.
