基于Tennant法的保尔德苏河生态基流分析

摘要 随着社会经济发展用水量的增大和水资源的日益紧缺,保护河流生命健康与河流取用水之间的矛盾日益突出。为确保保尔德苏河不断流,实现流域水资源优化配置,基于保尔德苏河概况和流域水资源开发利用现状及生态基流存在问题,在分析生态基流评估范围、控制断面和保护目标的基础上,采用Tennant法,探讨保尔德苏河考核断面、管理断面的基本生态流量及保障措施,提出保尔德渠首枯水期生态基流为0.09 m^(3)/s,丰水期生态基流为0.4 m^(3)/s,可为类似河流生态基流确定提供借鉴。 With the development of social economy and the increasing shortage of water resources,the contradiction between the protection of river life and health and river water use has become increasingly prominent.In order to ensure the continuous flow of the Baoerdesu River and realize the optimal allocation of water resources in the basin,based on the general situation of the Baoerdesu River and the current situation of water resources development and utilization in the basin and the existing problems of ecological base flow,the basic ecological flow and safeguard measures of the assessment section and management section of the Baoerdesu River were discussed by using the Tennant method on the basis of analyzing the assessment scope,control section and protection target of ecological base flow.It is proposed that the ecological base flow of the Baoerde channel head is 0.09 m^(3)/s in the dry season and 0.4 m^(3)/s in the wet season,which can provide reference for the determination of ecological base flow of similar rivers.
