自流水下不分散混凝土力学性能研究

摘要 为了研究自流水下不分散混凝土的力学性能,对不同环境下制备的混凝土进行试验,分析混凝土的坍落度和抗压强度。结果表明:混凝土混合物中掺入AWA(抗冲刷外加剂)和硅灰可显著降低坍落度,坍落度流动性随着AWA用量的增加而增加,用12%或18%的硅灰代替水泥可提高混凝土的抗冲刷性,显著增强抗冲刷能力。用粉煤灰和粘度改进剂制成的水下混凝土,具有更高的抗压强度。研究结果可为水下混凝土制备提供参考。 In order to study the mechanical properties of artesian underwater non-dispersible concrete,the concrete prepared in dfferent environments was tested to analyze the slump and compressive strength of concrete.The results show that the slump of concrete mixture can be significantly reduced by adding AWA(anti-erosion admixture)and wollastonite,and the slump fluidity increases with the increase of AWA dosage.The erosion resistance of concrete can be significantly enhanced by replacing cement with 12%or 18%wollastonite.The underwater concrete made of fly ash and viscosity improver has higher compressive strength.The results can provide reference for the preparation of underwater concrete.
