摘要
C_(4)F_(7)N混合气体是一种被广泛关注的环保型气体绝缘介质。为了确保C_(4)F_(7)N混合气体在电力工业中的应用安全,需要对C_(4)F_(7)N混合气体的急性吸入毒性进行深入评估。文中基于小鼠4 h急性吸入C_(4)F_(7)N气体实验结果,揭示小鼠暴露于C_(4)F_(7)N气体后所表现出的症状和存活小鼠的机体恢复特性。结果显示,C_(4)F_(7)N气体的半数致死浓度(LC_(50))为1 270μL/L(4 h,小鼠)。结合体重变化和血液检测结果,发现1 000μL/L体积分数C_(4)F_(7)N染毒4 h后存活的小鼠在14天的观察期过后可以恢复到正常状态。相关结果系统评估了C_(4)F_(7)N气体的急性吸入毒性,为其工程应用提供了重要参考。
C_(4)F_(7)N gas mixture is an environmentally-friendly insulating medium with wide attention.For assuring the safety of its application in electric power industry,it is necessary to perform an in-depth assessment of the acute inhalation toxicity of the C_(4)F_(7)N gas mixture.In this paper,the symptom of the mice after exposure to C_(4)F_(7)N gas mix-ture and the physiological recovery characteristics of the surviving mice are revealed by means of the test result of 4 h acute inhalation C_(4)F_(7)N gas mixture.The results show that the median lethal concentration(LC_(50))of C_(4)F_(7)N gas mixture is 1270μL/L(4 h,mice).It is found in combination with weight variation and blood test result that the sur-viving mice after exposure to C_(4)F_(7)N at a concentration of 1000μL/L could return to normal condition after the 14 days observation period.The acute inhalation toxicity of the C_(4)F_(7)N gas mixture is systematically assessed by the relevant result,which can provide important reference for its engineering application.
