SF_(6)分解气体光声光谱检测的交叉干扰及其标定方法研究

摘要 SF_(6)气体绝缘设备内发生局部放电时会分解生成一系列微量气体产物,实现对该分解产物的实时检测对及时发现设备的绝缘缺陷、维护电网安全运行具有重要意义。文中针对SF_(6)分解气体的光声光谱在线检测技术,分析了其技术难点,并对SF_(6)分解物的交叉干扰以及标定等关键技术进行研究讨论。提出了SF_(6)分解物滤光片的科学选择方法,并通过大量实验确定了7种SF_(6)分解物的特征气体组合及其对应的滤光片红外吸收峰参数;同时,采用多组分气体标定方法消除分解物气体组分在检测中的交叉干扰影响。通过文中的研究,对解决SF_(6)分解气体光声光谱在线检测技术的关键问题提供了参考思路。 When partial discharge occurs in SF_(6) gas insulated equipment,SF_(6) gas will decompose to a series of trace gas.Real-time detection of the decomposed gas is of great significance for timely detection of insulation defects of the equipment and maintenance of the safe operation of the power grid.In this paper,for the photoacoustic spectroscopy online detection technology of SF_(6) decomposition gas,the technical difficulty and key technologies such as cross interference and calibration of SF_(6) decomposition gas are studied and discussed.The scientific selection method of SF_(6) decomposition gas filter is proposed in this paper,and seven characteristic gases of SF_(6) decomposition gas and their corresponding infrared absorption peak parameters of the filter are determined by a large number of experiments.Meanwhile,a multi-component gas calibration method is used to eliminate the cross-interference influence of the gas components in the detection.The research in this paper provides a reference idea for solving the key problems of the photoacoustic spectroscopy online detection technology of SF_(6) decomposition gas.
