非物质文化遗产促进乡村学校高质量发展——以一所“待撤并”乡村薄弱学校转型发展为例

摘要 非物质文化遗产融入乡村学校是文化与教育的联通,对激发乡村教育发展内生动力、破除乡村学校教育“城市化”倾向以及扎实做好非物质文化遗产系统性保护等方面具有重要作用。然而,非物质文化遗产促进乡村学校高质量发展存在观念意识淡薄、师资水平有限、教育内容零散、教育评价不完善等现实困境。文章以一所“待撤并”的乡村薄弱学校借助于非物质文化遗产成功实现“改薄转型”为例,探索非物质文化遗产促进乡村学校高质量发展的实践路径。主要路径包括:以科研课题为抓手,挖掘非物质文化遗产的育人育才价值;以理论学习与实践运用为先导,激发乡村教师的教育智慧;以综合覆盖为依托,增加非物质文化遗产教育环节的渗透力;以学生发展为追求,健全乡村学校非物质文化遗产评价机制,充分发挥非物质文化遗产促进乡村学校高质量发展的作用。 Integrating intangible cultural heritage into rural schools is a connection between culture and education.It plays a vital role in stimulating the endogenous driving force of rural education development,breaking the"urbanization"tendency of rural school education,and effectively safeguarding the systematic protection of intangible cultural heritage.However,promoting intangible cultural heritage in rural schools faces practical challenges such as the lack of conceptual awareness,limited teacher qualifications,fragmented educational content,and incomplete educational evaluation.The article uses the case of a weak rural school facing"pending closure and merger',which successfully"achieved a transformation"through leveraging intangible cultural heritage to explore the practical path of intangible cultural heritage to promote high-quality development in rural schools.The main paths include:using research projects as a starting point to explore the educational value of intangible cultural heritage;taking the theoretical learning and practical application as a guide to stimulate the educational wisdom of rural teachers;relying on comprehensive coverage to enhance the permeability of intangible cultural heritage education;focusing on student development and establishing a comprehensive evaluation mechanism for intangible cultural heritage in rural schools,fully utilizing the role of intangible cultural heritage in promoting high-quality development.
