摘要
随着建筑产业化的日益发展以及《建设工程抗震管理条例》的颁布,装配式、模块化建筑结构的防震减灾能力逐渐成为研究热点。装配式框架结构具有抗侧刚度小、轻量化、区格变形大的特征,比较适合在其内部附加减震装备实现对地震作用下的反应控制,以提高装配式框架结构的抗震性能。位移型阻尼器达到屈服点之前,可以提供稳定的侧向刚度和承载力以满足使用要求,屈服以后阻尼器率先进入屈服耗能状态,并同时给结构提供附加阻尼比;速度型阻尼器只要结构产生相对位移即可工作耗能,为结构提供附加阻尼比。值得关注的是,在面向多水准多阶段的结构抗震设防要求时,单一且过高的附加阻尼比是没有更多实际意义的。文章集成这两种消能装置进行混合型减震,实现优势互补,对要求装配式框架结构保持正常使用功能的结构抗震设计具有重要的参考意义。
With the increasing development of building industrialization and the promulgation of the regulations on Seismic Management of Construction Engineering,the earthquake prevention and disaster reduction capability of prefabricated and modular building structures has gradually become a research hotspot.The prefabricated frame structure has the characteristics of small lateral stiffness,lightweight,and large lattice deformation,so it is more suitable for the internal damping equipment to realize the response control under the earthquake,to improve the seismic performance of the prefabricated frame structure.Before the displacement damper reaches the yield point,it can provide stable lateral stiffness and bearing capacity to meet the operational requirements.After yield,the damper first enters the state of yield energy dissipation and provides an additional damping ratio for the structure.The velocity damper can work as long as the structure produces relative displacement,providing an additional damping ratio for the structure.It is worth noting that a single and too-high additional damping ratio has no more practical significance,especially in the structural seismic fortification requirements for multi-level and multi-stage structures.This paper integrates these two kinds of energy dissipation devices for hybrid damping to achieve complementary advantages,which has important reference significance for the seismic design of structures requiring prefabricated frame structures to maintain normal use function.
