摘要
文章针对无锡某高层住宅项目桩基设计,根据层数荷载情况,充分考虑场地土层分布深度及厚度、岩土参数、桩基施工等因素,分析比较了可适用于本项目的桩基类型,并通过最终试桩结论、理论计算确定桩长与桩数,再结合经济性分析比较,选择了最优桩基类型,减少了项目的无效成本浪费。
According to a pile foundation design of a high-rise residential project in Wuxi,the pile foundation types applicable to the project were analyzed and compared based on the distribution depth and thickness of soil layer,geotechnical parameters,pile foundation construction,and other factors,and the pile length and pile number were determined through the final test pile conclusions and theoretical calculation.Then,through economic analysis and comparison,the optimal pile foundation type was selected to reduce the waste of ineffective cost of the project.
