深圳市“山海连城”生态建设工作的规划实践——以龙岗区为例

The Planning Practice of Ecological Construction Work for Shenzhen's“Connecting the City by Mountains and Seas”:A Case of Longgang District

“山海连城绿美深圳”生态建设是深圳市打造美丽中国的典范,是深圳市站在人与自然和谐共生的高度谋划高质量发展的最新探索。文章在阐述深圳市“山海连城”规划目标和空间格局的基础上,围绕龙岗区的战略发展和山环水润生态格局,运用交通OD分析、实地调研等方法,提出了龙岗区“山海连城”空间规划策略,包括构建“一河三廊”生态骨架和打造“4+1公园群”等。同时从规划实施的角度提出了“四个一”的运作机制,形成了龙岗区“山海连城”的规划蓝图和实施路径,实现了连生态、连生产、连生活、连生趣的规划目标。

The ecological construction of“building Shenzhen into a green and beautiful city connected by mountains and seas”is a model for Shenzhen to create a beautiful China,and the latest exploration on high-quality development from the perspective of harmonious coexistence between human and nature in Shenzhen.On the basis of elaborating on the planning goals and spatial pattern of Shenzhen’s“connecting the city by mountains and seas”,this paper focuses on the strategic development and ecological pattern of Longgang District that is surrounded by the mountains and seas.By using methods such as traffic OD analysis and field investigation,the spatial planning strategy of“connecting the city with mountains and seas”in Longgang District is proposed,including building an ecological framework of“one river,and three corridors”and creating a“4+1 park cluster”.At the same time,from the perspective of planning and implementation,the“Four in One”operating mechanism has been proposed,forming a blueprint and implementation path for“connecting the city with mountains and seas”in Longgang District,which realizes the planning goal of connecting ecology,production,living,and life.
