摘要
为提振城市活力,响应聊城市“打造文旅名城”的建设目标,聊城古城特色商街设计是以文促旅在商业类建筑上的体现。特色商街不仅反映城市集体记忆和商业服务质量,更直接影响城市印象和客群体验。现阶段对古城区特色商街的设计实践案例和理论研究,更多注重技术层面的提升,对城市消费趋势引领有限,对地域优势的利用不足。文章拟借助城市意象理论,通过对聊城市代表性片区肌理及典型街巷的梳理和提炼,从区域、路径、边界、节点、标志物等多角度进行分析,充分挖掘聊城市在地文脉、地域环境等优势,提出古城区特色商街的生成逻辑和对标设计策略,以期为城市古城商街设计提供有益借鉴。
In order to vitalize the vitality of the city and respond to the construction goal of“building Liaocheng into a famous city of culture and tourism”,the characteristic commercial street in Liaocheng historic district is designed to reflect the promotion of tourism through culture in commercial buildings.The characteristic commercial street not only reflects the city’s collective memory and commercial service quality,but also directly affects the city’s image and customer experience.At present,in the practical case and theoretical research on the design of the characteristic commercial street in the ancient district,more attention is paid to the improvement of the technical level,the guidance of consumption tendency is limited,and the utilization of regional advantages is insufficient.With the help of the urban intention theory,this paper combs and extracts the texture and typical streets and lanes in the representative district of Liaocheng,analyzes the context,community,tendency,node,location and other aspects,fully explores the advantages of Liaocheng in context and regional environment,and then puts forward the generation logic and benchmarking design strategies for the characteristic commercial street in the historic district,with a view to provide a helpful reference for the design of the commercial street in the historic district.
