摘要
中国-马来西亚钦州产业园区(简称“中马园”)是我国政府与外国政府合作共建的第三个国际园区,产业园区内生态敏感、地形复杂、滨水景观差异大,未来发展面临较为严峻的生态保护、韧性安全、工程设计及景观塑造等问题。文章聚焦生态安全、地形处理与滨水特色塑造,通过ArcGIS水文分析、多专业协同、水安全与生态景观一体化设计等方法,形成固本、顺势、靓岸三大园区规划策略,探寻可落地的规划技术方案,以期为同类型地区的产业园区规划提供经验借鉴。
China-Malaysia Qinzhou Industrial Park is the third international park jointly built by the Chinese government and foreign governments.The industrial park has sensitive ecology,complex terrain and significant differences in waterfront landscapes.In the future,its development will face severe issues,such as ecological protection,resilience and safety,engineering design,and landscape shaping.This paper focuses on ecological security,terrain treatment,and the shaping of waterfront features.Through ArcGIS hydrological analysis,multi-disciplinary collaboration,and integrated design of water security and ecological landscape,three major park planning strategies are formed:consolidating the foundation,following the trend,and beautifying the shore.The feasible planning technology solutions are explored to provide experience and reference for the planning of industrial parks in similar areas.
