高质量发展背景下城市老工业区更新改造策略研究——以金华市凉帽山片区为例

Study on the Strategies for the Transformation and Renewal of Urban Old Industrial Areas under the Background of High Quality Development:A Case of Liangmaoshan Area in Jinhua

在我国经济社会高质量发展的背景下,城市建设逐渐从“增量扩张”走向“存量挖掘”,而城市老工业区作为快速城市化时期的产物,当前正面临空间更新的迫切需求。本研究通过剖析高质量发展背景下城市老工业区面临的问题与困境,结合国内外老工业区更新改造模式,以金华市凉帽山片区作为案例,从生态环境、游憩空间、产业转型、文化氛围四个方面切入,提出更新改造策略。

Against the backdrop of high-quality economic and social development in China,urban construction is gradually shifting from“incremental expansion”to“stock excavation”.As a product of rapid urbanization,urban old industrial areas are currently facing an urgent need for spatial renewal.This paper analyzes the problems and difficulties faced by urban old industrial areas in the context of high-quality development.Combining with the renewal and transformation models of old industrial areas at home and abroad,taking Liangmaoshan area in Jinhua as a case study,the paper proposes the renewal and transformation strategies from four aspects:ecological environment,recreational space,industrial transformation,and cultural atmosphere.
