段场类TOD综合体空间分类及设计策略研究

Research on Space Classification and Design Strategy of TOD Complex in Section Field

以TOD为导向的城市空间开发在国内如火如荼地进行中,而以段场类为主体的TOD开发在国内高质量国土空间开发过程中较为常见。但段场类TOD综合体空间开发过程中也存在一些问题,如公共空间环境较为粗放、缺乏营造与统一化整治、空间体量缺乏有趣性的空间变化及统一思考。为解决段场类TOD综合体在开发过程中对整体空间联动不足的不利点,文章以段场类TOD综合体各空间分类特点及空间设计策略思考研究为出发点,通过对TOD空间的整体理解及策略研究探讨,完善设计过程中对段场类TOD综合体各空间的理解和思考,进而有效积极稳妥地促进段场类TOD综合体空间合理利用及发展。

TOD-oriented urban spatial development is in full swing in China,and TOD development oriented by section fields is a common type in domestic high-quality territorial spatial development process.However,there are also some problems in the development process of TOD complex spaces in section fields,such as extensive public space environment,which is in lack of unified management and renovation,and the lack of interesting spatial changes and unified thinking in space volume.To address the disadvantages of insufficient overall spatial linkage in the development process of TOD complexes in section fields,this paper takes the classification characteristics spatial design strategies for each space in TOD complexes in section fields as the starting points,discusses the overall understanding and strategies for TOD space,and then understands and thinks about the space in TOD complexes in section fields from the perspective of improving the design process,thus effectively and steadily promoting the reasonable utilization and development of the spaces in TOD complexes in section fields.
