引导建筑企业有序竞争的措施探讨

我国建筑业总产值较改革开放前增长了20倍以上,随着建筑业产值的不断增长,出现了建筑企业无序竞争现象,严重影响着建筑业的健康可持续发展。引起建筑企业无序竞争的原因主要有市场集中度较低、企业同质化严重、产业结构不合理及壁垒问题。为解决这些问题,必须提高建筑市场集中度、降低企业同质化竞争程度、建立有序竞争与协作的塔形产业结构、降低建筑企业的退出壁垒,切实改变无序竞争的现状,使建筑业回归有序竞争的发展轨道。

Since the reform and opening up,the gross output value of the construction industry has increased by more than 20 times.With the continuous increase in the output value of the construction industry,the excessive competition in the construction enterprises has occurred and seriously affected the healthy and sustainable development of the construction industry.The main causes for the disorderly competition of construction enterprises are low industrial concentration,homogeneity of enterprises,unreasonable industrial structure and market barriers.To solve these problems,we must improve the concentration ratio of construction market,reduce the level of homogeneous competition,establish the tower-shape industrial structure with orderly competition and cooperation,and cut down the barriers to exit of construction enterprises,thus changing the current disorderly conditions and bringing the construction industry back to orderly competition.
