新时代中国人权观及其哲学根基

China’s View of Human Rights and Its Philosophical Foundation in the New Era

人权既有人类普遍性原则,也有其实现的现实特殊性原则。区别于西方“主客二分”哲学范式的狭隘人权观,新时代中国走出了一条兼具普遍性与特殊性的人权发展道路,为世界人权事业贡献了中国智慧和中国方案。新时代中国人权观是以“人人主主平等”为哲学根基的“平等人权观”,是以“人民至上”为价值取向的“民本人权观”,是以“人人得实惠”为追求目标的“普惠人权观”,是以“命运共同”为总体方略的“共生人权观”,是以“人类、群体、个人相统一”为崇高境界的“系统人权观”,是以“依据社会物质生活条件逐步推进人权事业”为现实基础的“发展人权观”。

Human rights follow both the principle of universality of human beings and the principle of re-ality particularity of its realization.In contrast to Western world’s narrow view of human rights in its philosophical paradigm of“subject-object dichotomy”,in the new era China has embarked on a path of human rights development with both universality and particularity,contributing Chinese wisdom and Chinese solutions to the cause of human rights in the world.In the new era,China’s view of human rights is the“concept of equal human rights”based on the philosophy of“equality of man and man as master”,the“concept of people-oriented human rights”based on the“people-supreme”value orientation,the“concept of universal human rights”with the pursuit goal of“benefits for all”,the“concept of symbiotic human rights”with“common destiny”as the overall strategy,the“concept of systematic human rights”with“the unity of human beings,groups and individuals”as the lofty realm as well as the“concept of development of human rights”based on the reality of“gradually advancing the cause of human rights according to the material living con-ditions of the society”.
