数字素养对农村居民生活质量的影响

提升农村居民对数字技术的认知是数字乡村建设的重要内容。从农村居民对数字技术的感知维度出发,实证分析数字素养对其生活质量的影响程度、作用机制和异质性效应,对于优化数字乡村建设策略至关重要。数字素养能显著提高农村居民的生活质量,其中社交层面的数字素养影响尤为突出。数字素养通过激发农村居民的数字行为,间接提升其生活质量。在低受教育水平、男性和党员群体中,数字素养对生活质量的促进作用更为明显。基于此,建议推进数字基础设施建设、建立数字素养培育体系和开展数字素养帮扶模式,以提升农村居民的互联网感知力。

Improving rural residents’cognition of digital technology is an important part of the construc-tion of digital countryside.From the perspective of rural residents’perception of digital technolo-gy,the empirical analysis of digital literacy’s impact degree,mechanism of action and effect of heterogeneity on their quality of life is of great importance for optimizing the strategy of digital vil-lage construction.It is found that digital literacy can significantly improve the quality of life of ru-ral residents,especially at the social communication level.Digital literacy indirectly improves the quality of life of rural residents by stimulating their digital behaviors.The effect of digital literacy on quality of life is more pronounced among those with low levels of education,males and Party members.Based on this,it is suggested to promote the construction of digital infrastructure,es-tablish a system for fostering digital literacy and develop a digital literacy support model to enhance rural residents’perception of the Internet.
