马大相思无性系对干旱胁迫的生理响应及抗旱性综合评价

摘要 以马大相思9个无性系的幼苗作为试验材料,采用聚乙二醇-6000(PEG-6000)模拟干旱,研究9个不同无性系马大相思的生理生化特征对不同干旱胁迫程度的响应差异,以期为马大相思抗旱机理的研究以及造林无性系的选择提供参考。结果表明:随着干旱胁迫程度增加,9个无性系的马大相思叶片相对电导率出现不同程度的增大,各无性系叶片相对含水量和可溶性蛋白质含量呈下降趋势,游离脯氨酸含量和丙二醛呈现出先下降后上升的趋势。利用相关性和模糊隶属函数相结合的分析方法综合评价马大相思9个无性系幼苗抗旱能力从大到小为:2号>7号>9号>8号>3号>1号>6号>5号>4号。 Seedlings from nine clones of Acacia mangium×A.auriculiformis were used as experimental material to simulate drought stress with PEG-6000 and investigated the physiological and biochemical responses of these clones under varying drought levels.Results showed that as drought stress intensified,the relative electrical conductivity of the leaves increased across all clones.Concurrently,the relative water content and soluble protein levels in the leaves decreased,while free proline and malondialdehyde levels initially dropped before rising.Using a combination of correlation analysis and fuzzy membership functions,the drought resistance of the nine clones was ranked from highest to lowest as follows:No.2>No.7>No.9>No.8>No.3>No.1>No.6>No.5>No.4.
