企业安全生产规范管理是企业运营过程中至关重要的一环,它涵盖了从安全制度建设、员工安全培训到日常安全检查等多个方面。通过实施科学有效的安全生产管理,企业能够显著降低事故风险,保障员工生命财产安全,提升企业形象和竞争力。以上海某园区为调研对象,进行实地调查、座谈会、个别访谈,并结合分管工作实际,围绕“推进企业安全生产规范管理——守住安全生产底线”为主题进行研究,分析了园区企业安全生产规范化管理现状和存在的突出问题,提出了企业安全生产规范化管理措施,并进行了成果转化,旨在为企业实现安全生产提供参考。

The standard management of enterprise safety production is a crucial part in the process of enterprise operation,which covers many aspects from safety system construction,staff safety training to daily safety inspection.Through the implementation of scientific and effective safety production management,enterprises can significantly reduce the risk of accidents,protect the safety of employees’life and property,and enhance the image and competitiveness of enterprises.This article takes a Shanghai park as the research object,conducts,field investigation,seminars,individual interview,and combined with the actual responsibilities,around the“promote enterprise safety production standard management——keep safe production bottom line”as the theme,the analysis of the park enterprise safety production standardization management status and the existing problems,put forward the enterprise safety production standardization management measures,and the achievements,aims to provide reference for enterprises to achieve safe production.
