温针灸结合理气通腑方治疗脑卒中后气虚秘的疗效观察

Observation of the efficacy of warm acupuncture combined with Qi-regulating and intestine-clearing formula in treating Qi deficiency and constipation after stroke

目的:观察温针灸结合理气通腑方治疗脑卒中后气虚秘患者的临床疗效。方法:选择64例脑卒中后气虚型便秘的患者,利用SPSS 26.0统计软件产生随机数将其分为对照组和治疗组(每组32例)。两组均接受常规治疗,对照组在此基础上予以常规针刺,治疗组施以温针灸及口服理气通腑方治疗。2周为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。采用便秘症状评分、肛门静息压、生活质量量表(PAC-QOL)评分比较两组患者治疗1个疗程及治疗2个疗程后的临床疗效。结果:两组患者治疗1个疗程及治疗结束后便秘症状评分、PAC-QOL评分均较治疗前降低,肛门静息压提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组在治疗1个疗程及治疗结束后便秘症状评分、PAC-QOL评分均低于对照组,肛门静息压均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:温针灸结合理气通腑方治疗脑卒中后气虚秘效果更为明显。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of warm acupuncture combined with a Qi-regulating and intestine-clearing formula in treating patients with Qi deficiency and constipation after stroke.Methods:Sixty-four patients with Qi deficiency type constipation after stroke were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group(32 cases each)using random numbers generated by SPSS 26.0 statistical software.Both groups received conventional treatment.The control group received routine acupuncture,while the treatment group was treated with warm acupuncture and oral administration of the Qi-regulating and intestine-clearing formula.One course of treatment lasted for two weeks,and the total treatment duration was two courses.The constipation symptom scores,anal resting pressure and PAC-QOL scores were used to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups after one and two courses of treatment.Results:After one course of treatment and at the end of treatment,both groups showed statistically significant reductions in constipation symptom scores and PAC-QOL scores,and increases in anal resting pressure compared with those before treatment(P<0.01).After one course of treatment and at the end of treatment,the treatment group had lower constipation symptom scores and PAC-QOL scores,and higher anal resting pressure than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).Conclusion:The combination of warm acupuncture and the Qi-regulating and intestine-clearing formula shows more evident effects in treating Qi deficiency constipation after stroke.
