杞柳全光照喷雾嫩枝扦插试验

摘要 目的:杞柳具有观赏性高、生长速度快、适应性强等特点,应用前景极为广阔。本试验旨在探究杞柳全光照喷雾嫩枝扦插繁育技术的最佳处理试验组合。方法:采用L9(3~3)正交试验,以激素种类、激素浓度及处理时间为考察因素,以杞柳苗高、侧根数、最长根长、平均根长及生根率的综合加权评分为评价指标探究适宜杞柳嫩枝扦插的最佳试验处理组合。结果:试验结果表明,使用植物生长剂ABT,浓度200 ppm,处理时间1.0 h为最优组合,苗高最高、侧根数最长,综合加权评分最高。结论:杞柳全光照喷雾嫩枝扦插处理最佳方式是使用植物生长剂ABT,浓度200 ppm,处理时间1.0 h。该试验为后续的生产工艺研究提供了一定的理论依据。 Objective:Salix Integra Thunb.has the characteristics of high ornamental value,fast growth rate and strong adaptability,and its application prospect is extremely broad.To explore the best treatment test combination of the full-illumination spray tender branch cutting breeding technology of Salix Integra Thunb..Methods:In this experiment,L9(33)orthogonal test was used to explore the best experimental treatment combination suitable for softwood cutting of Salix Integra Thunb.with hormone type,hormone concentration and treatment time as the investigation factors,and the comprehensive weighted score of seedling height,lateral root number,longest root length,average root length and rooting rate as the evaluation index.Results:The results showed that the optimal combination of plant growth agent ABT,concentration 200 ppm and treatment time 1.0 h was the highest seedling height,the longest number of lateral roots and the highest comprehensive weighted score.Conclusion:The best way to spray softwood cuttings of Salix Integra Thunb.is to use plant growth agent ABT with concentration of 200 ppm and treatment time of 1.0 h,which provides a theoretical basis for subsequent production process research.
