摘要
【目的】以某汽车零部件园区废水站为例,通过加强车间排水管控和改造废水处理站,解决排水COD、悬浮物高,氨氮、总磷不稳定,超标风险大等问题。【方法】从沉淀池结构设计、布水方式、砂滤池结构、来水情况等多方面对排水浑浊、COD、悬浮物、氨氮、总磷较高的问题进行了详细分析。【结果】改造完成后,排水COD降低了81.50%,悬浮物降低89.69%,氨氮降低62.35%,总磷降低28.51%,大大降低排放风险,确保了达标排放。【结论】可以将斜管沉淀池从平流进水改为竖流中心筒进水,使沉淀池布水均匀;将沉淀池承托斜管的矩形横梁顶部改为梯形,使斜管排泥更加顺畅;增加带反冲洗的砂滤罐,降低酸碱含磷废水出水悬浮物;加强车间监督、严格控制废水站内进水污染物浓度等多项措施提升废水处理效果。
[Purposes]Taking the waste water station of an automobile parts park as an example,by strength⁃ening the drainage pipe control of the workshop and reforming the waste water treatment station,the problems of high COD and suspended solids,unstable ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus,and high risk of exceed⁃ing the standard are solved.[Methods]The problems of turbidity of drainage,high COD,suspended solids,ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus were analyzed in detail from the aspects of sedimentation tank struc⁃ture design,water distribution mode,sand filter structure and water inflow.[Findings]After the completion of the transformation,COD,suspended matter,ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus were reduced by 81.50%,89.69%,62.35%and 28.51%,which greatly reduced the discharge risk and ensure that the drainage is up to standard.[Conclusions]The inclined tube sedimentation tank can be changed from the horizontal flow into the vertical flow into the central cylinder,so that the sedimentation tank water distribution is uniform;the top of the rectangular crossbeam of the inclined pipe supported by the sedimentation tank is changed to a trap⁃ezoid,so that the sludge discharge of the inclined pipe is smoother;it is suggested to increase the sand filter tank with backwashing to reduce the suspended solids in the effluent of acid-base phosphorus-containing wastewa⁃ter;measures like strengthening the supervision of the workshop and strictly controlling the concentration of pol⁃lutants in the wastewater station should be taken to improve the water treatment effect.
