摘要 【目的】对肺炎支原体检测相关专利进行梳理,为肺炎支原体检测技术的发展及相关产品的研发提供参考。【方法】以HimmPat专利数据库作为数据源,对肺炎支原体检测相关专利的申请量趋势、技术来源地、专利布局分布、重要申请人及其技术发展进行分析,并对药智数据库中已批准上市相关产品进行统计分析。【结果】肺炎支原体检测相关专利近年来呈快速增长趋势,专利布局主要分布在中国和美国。酶联免疫法和胶体金法为主流检测方法,产品类型以IgM检测试剂盒为主,国内重点企业也对该检测技术分支进行了专利布局。【结论】相关创新主体应关注新的技术发展,培育高价值专利,在产品更新换代中推动产业技术不断升级。 [Purposes]This paper summarizes the patents related to Mycoplasma pneumoniae detection,and provides reference for the development of Mycoplasma pneumoniae detection technology and the re-search and development of related products.[Methods]Using the HimmPat patent database as the data source,the application trend,technology origin,patent layout distribution,important applicants and their technological developments of patents related to Mycoplasma pneumoniae detection were analyzed,and statistical analysis was conducted on the relevant approved marketed products in Yaozh database.[Find-ings]Patents related to Mycoplasma pneumoniae detection have shown a rapid growth trend in recent years,with patent layout mainly distributed in China and the United States.Enzyme-linked immunosor-bent assay(ELISA)and colloidal gold method are the mainstream detection methods for approved mar-keted products,and IgM testing kits are the main product types.Key domestic enterprises also laid out patents for this detection technology branch.[Conclusions]Relevant innovation entities should pay at-tention to new technological developments,cultivate high-value patents,and promote the continuous up-grading of industrial technology in product updates and replacements.
