提高抽油机井系统效率方法分析及应用

摘要 系统效率不仅是反应油井整体工作状态和用电量的重要参数,还可以用来衡量抽油机井工作水平的高低。某油田目前系统效率偏低问题严重,单一的措施并不能使抽油机井达到最佳运行状态,只有系统分析,整体措施,才能有效提升系统效率。针对低效井,从地下、地面两个方向分析影响系统效率的因素,确定生产参数、沉没度、抽油机平衡、设备匹配为主要影响因素。分别从技术层面和管理层面采取参数整体优化、更换节能设备、功率法调平衡等相应措施,有效提升系统效率1.6~5.6个百分点,降低油井单耗,达到抽油机井平稳运行和节能降耗的目的。 Not only does system efficiency reflect the main parameter of the overall working status and electricity consumption of oil wells,but also it measures the working level of pumping well.At present,due to the serious problem of low system efficiency in an oilfield,the single measure cannot enable the pumping well to achieve the optimal operation.Only by systematically analyzing the overall measures can system efficiency be effectively improved.In view of low efficiency wells,the factors affecting the system efficiency are analyzed from two directions,underground and surface,and it is determined that the production parameters,the submergence,the pumping balance and equipment matching are main factors.The corresponding measures including overall optimization of parameters,replacement of energy conservation equipment,and power method balancing are taken from both technical and management aspects,which effectively improves system efficiency by 1.6~5.6 percentage points,reduces the single consumption of oil well,and achieves smooth operation of pumping wells and energy conservation and consumption reduction.
