摘要
分析螺杆泵井合理运行状态,可为生产参数优化提供依据。考虑生产指标、节能指标、作业指标,建立螺杆泵井生产状态评价体系,利用critic权重法得到各指标权重,利用百分位数分级法对指标进行等级划分,并采用物元可拓学模型对评价体系进行评价。得出的日产液量、泵效、检泵周期、沉没度、百米吨液耗电权重分别为15.300%、 17.827%、 25.547%、24.961%、16.365%;某区块4级优、良、中、差井分别为9口,7口,10口,11口;观察等级变量特征值表明,部分井处于等级间的临界点,实际生产中可根据情况采取措施;措施调整42井次,阶段节电量4.62×10^(4)kWh,经济效益约2.68万元。
The reasonable operating status of screw pump wells has been analyzed,which can provide a basis for the optimization of production parameters.According to the production indicators,energy conservation indicators,and operation indicators,the evaluation system of production status of screw pump wells is established.Using the critic weight method obtains the weights of each indicators,using the percentile grading method ranks the indicators,and using object topology evaluates the evaluation system.It is concluded that the weight of daily liquid production,pump efficiency,pump inspection cycle,submergence,and power consumption per 100 meters of liquid obtained are 15.300%,17.827%,25.547%,24.961%,and 16.365%respectively.In one block,the four grades of excellent wells,good wells,medium wells,and poor wells are 9,7,10,11 respectively.Through the observation,the characteristic values of the level variable indicates that some wells are at critical points between levels,and the measures can be taken according to the actual production situation.After adjusting 42 measures,the power saving in the stage is 4.62×10^(4) kWh,and the economic benefit is about 26800 yuan.
