合规管理对众多企业都是重要的管理方法,对于采油厂来说也不例外。为进一步探索采油厂投资计划合规管理,文章从油田公司对经营管理提出的“实施监督、全程合规”要求出发,进一步与采油厂投资计划实际相结合,总结采油厂投资计划合规管理的方式与所取得的成效,进一步丰富采油厂投资计划合规管理的研究成果。

Compliance management is an important management method for many enterprises,and it is no exception for oil extraction plants.In order to further explore the compliance management of oil extraction plant investment plan,this paper starts from the requirement of"implementation supervision and full compliance"put forward by the oilfeld company on the operation and management,and further combines it with the actual investment plan of the oil extraction plant to summarize the way of compliance management of the investment plan of the oil extraction plant and the results achieved,and further enrich the research findings of compliance management of the investment plan of the oil extraction plant.
