摘要
海上平台生产分离器是原油脱水的重要设备,其运行好坏决定了原油脱水的效果。文章通过分析平台生产分离器的运行现状,基于水力学模型梳理出设备存在的问题,并针对性地采取降低分离器清水室集水管高度、在分离器内部增加高效聚结板、混合室与清水室之间增加连通管、分离器混合室增加油水界面仪等一系列措施,使得分离器处理能力和处理效果均得到大幅提升。平台先后对4台分离器进行了技术改造,均取得了良好效果,为今后生产分离器技改提升提供了参考借鉴。
The production separator of offshore platform is an important equipment for crude oil dewatering,and its operation determines the effect of crude oil dewatering.Based on the analysis of the operating status of the production separator on the platform,the paper sorted out the problems existing in the equipment based on the hydraulic model,and took a series of targeted measures,such as reducing the height of the water collector in the clean water chamber of the separator,adding eficient bonding plate inside the separator,adding connecting pipes between the mixing chamber and the clean water chamber,and adding oil-water interface meter in the mixing chamber of the separator,so that the processing capacity and effect of the separator have been greatly improved.The platform has carried on the technical reconstruction of four separators,all of which have achieved good results,providing a reference for the technical reconstruction and upgrading of separators in the future.
