鼻导管的减压和固定是临床护理工作中的重要内容,能有效避免管路移位、脱落。本研究介绍了一种鼻导管用固定器的设计和使用方法,其具备减压、牢固和舒适的特性,能有效避免鼻腔因长时间佩戴导管所致的皮肤压力性损伤问题,增加患者的舒适度。

Effective decompression and fixation of nasal catheter are important contents in nursing work.The fixation device is used for preventing falling and displacement of the nasal cath⁃eter.This study introduces the design and use of a fixation device for nasal catheter,which has the characteristics of decompression,firmness and comfort,and can solve the problem of skin pressure injury caused by wearing the catheter for a long time,and increase the comfort of pa⁃tients.
