The civil support prosecution system holds significant procedural,theoretical,and practical value.However,the implementation of this system currently faces several prominent issues,including imperfect legislation regarding support prosecution,divergent conceptual understandings,unclear scopes of application,inconsistent methods of support,and non-standardized procedures.In response to these problems,it is recommended that the top-level design of the system be further refined,clarifying the principles of civil procuratorial support prosecution,defining the scope of cases eligible for support prosecution,specifying the methods of support,and standardizing the procedures for support prosecution.These measures aim to improve this vital system comprehensively.
