校企合作视阈下大学、科技、人才协同融合发展的空间实践——以深圳虚拟大学园(SZVUP)为个案

摘要 新技术革命和产业革命加速了现代大学推进校企合作的空间创新,以推进大学、科技、人才协同融合发展。空间社会学视角下,校企合作将大学、科技、人才勾连为一个关系紧密的社会空间。以作为校企合作典范的“深圳虚拟大学园”为个案,通过实地调查研究,结果发现:基于校企合作的大学、科技、人才协调融合发展中,存在“并置与内聚、分异与区分、切割与剥离”等空间实践,同时存在“差异的空间、秩序的空间、竞争的空间、矛盾的空间”等空间表征。未来要推进大学、科技、人才一体化发展,则需要持续推进校企合作空间创新,从观念迭代、体制创新、秩序再构等维度加以反思性实践。 The new technological revolution and industrial revolution have accelerated the spatial innovation of modern universities in promoting school-enterprise cooperation,so as to attain the coordinated and integrated development of universities,science and technology,and talents.From the perspective of spatial sociology,school-enterprise cooperation links universities,technology,and talent into a closely related social space.Taking the"Shenzhen Virtual University Park",a model of school-enterprise cooperation,as a case study,through on-site investigation and research,it was found that in the coordinated and integrated development of universities,technology,and talents based on school-enterprise cooperation,there are spatial practices such as"juxtaposition and cohesion,differentiation and distinction,cutting and peeling",as well as spatial representations such as"space of difference,space of order,space of competition,and space of contradiction".In order to promote the integrated development of universities,science and technology,and talents in the future,it is necessary to continuously promote innovation in the space of school-enterprise cooperation,and reflect on practical aspects such as conceptual iteration,institutional innovation,and order restructuring.
