摘要
学科组织愿景作为对学科组织未来一定时期内“走向何处”的全面景象描绘,是学科组织建设的重要组成部分。通过分析154个样本学科组织的愿景表达文本发现,学科建设实践内嵌“重数字指标、轻内涵要素”的行动偏好、行政系统主导学术体系运行、机制设计缺位等导致学科组织愿景表达率低、指向不明、特色淡化和成员共享度不高,外显为学科组织愿景偏位而缺乏应有的引领效力。对此,以推动学科内涵式发展为核心,纠正学科建设实践行动偏好;遵循“行政服务学术”的基本逻辑,重构大学学术治理体系,拓展学科组织话语空间;构建学科组织愿景具象机制不失为一种现实选择。这将有助于夯实大学赋能高质量高等教育体系建设的学科组织基础。
The vision of disc ipline organization is an important part of the construction of discipline organization,which describes the overall picture of"where to go"in a certain period in the future.By analyzing the vision expression texts of 154 sample discipline organizations,we found that:The practice of discipline construction is embedded in the action preference of"focusing on numerical indicators and ignoring substantial elements",the administrative system dominates the operation of the academic system,and the lack of mechanism design leads to prominent problems such as low expression rate of the vision of discipline organization,unclear direction,dilution of characteristics and low sharing degree of members,which is manifested as the biased vision of discipline organization and lack of due leading effect.In view of this,we propose the following realistic options:taking promotion of connotative development of the discipline as the core,correct the action preference in disc ipline construction practice;following the basic logic of"administration serves academics",reconstruct the university academic govemance system and expand the discourse space of discipline organization;construct the concrete mechanism of discipline organization vision.This will help to consolidate the foundation of discipline organization for the construction of a high-quality higher education system.
