环氧树脂基碳纤维增强复合材料的增韧方法研究

摘要 针对目前先进碳纤维复合材料韧性不足的问题,通过在传统复合材料环氧树脂基体中引入可和环氧树脂交联键合的互穿网络型增韧剂。通过对复合材料的显微形貌分析、理化及力学性能研究,对比了反应型增韧剂与通用型增韧剂对先进碳纤维增强复合材料的影响。结果表明,新型可交联增韧剂加入后,材料的冲击后压缩强度从280 MPa提升至330 MPa。 Addressing the current issue of insufficient toughness in the state-of-art carbon fiber reinforced composite,this study introduces thromboplastic toughening agents with reactive groups into the traditional epoxy resin matrix.Toughening agents could bond with epoxy molecules chemically and form interpenetrated networks.This paper compared the influence of toughening agents with/without chemically reactive groups toward carbon fiber reinforced composites by means of nanoscopic characterization and physical,chemical and mechanical analyzation.The results show that the compression after impart of carbon fiber reinforced composites improved remarkably after addition of reactive toughening agents,from 280 MPa to 330 MPa.
