摘要
采用丙烯腈(PAN)为单体,衣康酸为共聚单体,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,二甲基亚砜为溶剂,进行聚合反应制备PAN聚合原液。研究了在单体、共聚单体、引发剂、溶剂配比相同条件下,聚合反应温度、搅拌速率和反应时间对聚合单体的转化率、聚合物黏度和固含量的影响。结果表明,在聚合反应过程中,提高反应温度可以提高单体转化率和聚合物固含量,同时能够抑制聚合物黏度的增长,提高搅拌速率也有相同效果。增加反应时间能够促进聚合反应的进行,但是随着反应时间的增加,单体转化率、聚合物黏度和固含量增长趋于平稳甚至不再增长。
Acrylonitrile is used as a monomer,itaconic acid is used as a comonomer,azobisisobutyronitrile is used as an initiator,and dimethyl sulfoxide is used as a solvent to carry out a polymerization reaction to prepare a PAN polymerization stock solution.Under the same conditions of monomer,comonomer,initiator and solvent,the effects of polymerization reaction temperature,stirring rate and reaction time on the conversion rate of polymerized monomer,polymer viscosity and solid content were studied.The results show that during the polymerization process,increasing the reaction temperature can increase the monomer conversion rate and polymer solid content,and at the same time can inhibit the increase of polymer viscosity,and increasing the stirring rate has the same effect.Increasing the reaction time can promote the polymerization reaction,but with the increase of the reaction time,the monomer conversion rate,polymer viscosity and solid content increase tend to be stable or even no longer increase.
