摘要
对位芳纶又称对位芳香族聚酰胺纤维,是世界三大高性能纤维之一,由聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺树脂经干喷湿法纺丝而得。聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺树脂干燥是纺丝前的必要工序之一,树脂的干燥效果直接影响着最终纤维产品的质量,本文简要介绍了对位芳纶的生产工艺流程,综述并分析了对位芳纶树脂的干燥技术与设备,详细介绍了目前针对对位芳纶树脂干燥开发的两级干燥技术,助力对位芳纶高端市场的发展。
PPTA,known as para aromatic polyamide fiber,is one of the three high-performance fibers in the world.PPTA is obtained by dry jet wet spinning of poly(p-phenylenediamine)resin.Drying of PPTA polymer is one of the necessary processes before spinning,and the drying effect of the polymer directly affects the quality of the fiber.This article briefly introduces the production process of PPTA,summarizes and analyzes the drying technology and equipment of PPTA polymer,provides a detailed introduction to the latest two-stage drying technology developed for the drying of PPTA polymer,which can assist in the development of the high-end market for PPTA.
