珠江三角洲地区中医药健康服务业协同发展状况分析

Analysis on Collaborative Development Status of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Service Industry in the Pearl River Delta Region

目的:分析2015-2020年珠江三角洲(以下简称“珠三角”)地区9市中医药健康服务业协同发展状况,为推动珠三角地区9市中医药健康服务业高质量协同发展状况提供参考。方法:运用熵值法对珠三角地区9市中医药健康服务业发展状况进行测算,并利用地区间相关系数及变异系数评价其协同发展状况。结果:广州与深圳在2015年中医药健康服务业发展水平分别为0.534及0.210,其余7市均低于0.100;而到2020年广州及深圳分别增长至0.797及0.414,其余7市虽有增长但仍均低于0.150。中医药健康服务协同发展状况综合水平以及多数一级指标的相关系数为正,整体存在正向协同效应。珠三角地区9市在2015-2020年期间中医药健康服务业协同发展综合水平的离散系数从0.177增长至0.280,整体协同发展水平呈下降趋势。结论:珠三角地区中医药健康服务业水平整体都呈现上升趋势,但存在明显阶梯式落差,并在创新力维度的协同发展状况呈现阶梯式“虹吸效应”,同时在辐射力维度的协同发展状况存在不均衡现象,但在凝聚力维度积极推动中医药健康服务业的协同发展状况,因此珠三角地区中医药健康服务业的协同发展水平仍需不断提高。

Objective:To analyse the status of collaborative development of the traditional Chinese medicine health service industry in 9 cities in the Pearl River Delta region from 2015 to 2020,and to provide reference for promoting high-quality collaborative development of the traditional Chinese medicine health service industry in 9 cities in the PRD region.Methods:The entropy method was used to measure the development status of the TCM health service industry in the 9 cities in the PRD region,and the inter-regional correlation coefficient and coefficient of variation were used to evaluate their collaborative development status.Results:In 2015,the development levels of TCM health services in Guangzhou and Shenzhen were 0.534 and 0.210 respectively,while the remaining seven cities were below 0.100,by 2020,Guangzhou and Shenzhen grew to 0.797 and 0.414 respectively,while the remaining seven cities grew but were still below 0.150.The correlation coefficients of the overall level of collaborative development status of TCM health services as well as most of the first-level indicators are positive,and there is an overall positive synergy effect.The coefficient of dispersion of the comprehensive level of collaborative development of the TCM health service industry in the nine cities in the PRD region grew from 0.177 to 0.280 during the period 2015-2020,with a downward trend in the overall level of collaborative development.Conclusion:The overall level of the TCM health service industry in the PRD has shown an upward trend,but there is an obvious step-wise difference and the status of the collaborative development in the dimension of innovativeness presents a stepped"siphon effect",while the status of the collaborative development in the dimension of radiance is unbalanced,but the cohesive dimension actively promotes the synergistic development of the TCM health service industry,so the PRD still needs to continuously improve the level of synergistic development of the TCM health service industry.
