自动化立体仓库控制系统的设计

摘要 自动化立体仓库作为典型的PLC控制系统,在现代企业中的应用越来越广泛,涉及的内容包括PLC、变频器、伺服系统、检测技术等多个方面。以西门子S7-1200系列PLC作为控制核心,选择SINAMICS V90伺服驱动系统进行位置控制和速度控制,基于实验柜和小型3×3仓位单元的实训设备,搭建立体仓库控制系统,具有手动、自动两种工作模式,结合触摸屏的显示与控制,能够实现立体仓库仓位定位、入库、出库等操作。经过实训教学设备调试,该系统能够实现货物自动化存取,运行稳定。 As a typical PLC control system,the application fields of three-dimensional warehouse are more and more widely used in modern enterprises,consist of PLC,frequency converter,servo system,detection technology and so on.In this paper,the three-dimensional warehouse control system based on teaching equipment with experimental cabinet and small 3×3 storing unit is built,which is controlled by Siemens PLC S7-1200,used SINAMICS V90 servo drive system for position control and speed control.The system supports manual and automatic working modes,combined with HMI to simulate and control,it can realize the positioning,warehousing,outbound and other operations.After the practical teaching equipment debugging,the system can realize the purpose of automatic storage and run stably.
