基于红外热成像的埋地输油管道腐蚀无损检测

摘要 在非开挖的条件下,埋地输油管道腐蚀检测容易受土壤及其他环境因素影响,无法保证检测精准度。为此,提出基于红外热成像的腐蚀无损检测方法。基于红外热成像技术完成埋地输油管道图像的提取,结合运算消除图像中的噪声影响;在图像中设置多个滑动窗口,利用滑动窗口进行极小值算法,参考腐蚀区域的两点特征,判断检测区域是否存在连续性,以及是否满足长度阈值条件,若具有连续性或不满足长度阈值,则判断该区域为腐蚀区域。仿真实验结果表明,所提方法检测结果与实际腐蚀情况吻合度高,检测结果精准。 Under non-excavation conditions,the corrosion detection of buried oil pipelines is easily affected by soil and other environmental factors,and the detection accuracy cannot be guaranteed.To this end,a non-destructive testing method for corrosion based on infrared thermal imaging is proposed.Based on infrared thermal imaging technology,the image extraction of buried oil pipelines is completed,and the effect of noise in the image is eliminated by combining operations.Multiple sliding windows are set in the image,and the minimum algorithm is carried out by using the sliding window.With reference to the two-point characteristics of the corrosion area,it is judged whether the detection area has continuity and meets the length threshold condition.If it has continuity or does not meet the length threshold,it is judged that the area is a corrosion area.The simulation results show that the detection results of the proposed method are in good agreement with the actual corrosion situation,and the detection results are accurate.
