基于隐马尔科夫模型的电费抄核误差校正系统

摘要 为提升电价审核工作效率、明确细小用电误差,提出基于隐马尔科夫模型的电费抄核误差校正系统。系统通过MAX1480B通信接口芯片与上级主站、下级各费率装置间通信联络,以地址逻辑译码GAL16V8B和电路MAX706R,解决攻击发生时系统复位问题;主程序模块利用隐马尔科夫模型,描述状态与观测数据间随机过程和马尔科夫链,将隐性误差随机数据发送到校正模块,计算平均功率,得出相应失压断相时追补电量;使用通信模块的串行口发送校正服务,完成抄核误差校正。实验证明系统校正精度较高,且响应时间短。 In order to improve the efficiency of electricity price audit and clarify the small electricity consumption error,a correction system of electricity price reading error based on Hidden Markov model is proposed.The system communicates with the upper master station and lower rate devices through MAX1480B communication interface chip,and decodes GAL16V8B and circuit MAX706R with address logic to solve the problem of system reset in case of attack.The main program module uses the hidden Markov model to describe the random process and Markov chain between the state and the observation data,sends the hidden error random data to the correction module,calculates the average power,and obtains the power to be replenished when the corresponding voltage and phase are lost.The serial port of the communication module is used to send the correction service to complete the correction of the reading error.Experiments show that the system has high correction accuracy and short response time.
