摘要
针对当前质量控制策略已无法满足水利工程建设施工质量要求,基于AHP理论构建一种新的施工质量控制模型。经架构质量控制模型和工程质量控制动态优化模型,将质量控制模型分为目标层、准则层和方案层进行分析,建立判断矩阵判断工程施工阶段的质量控制情况,根据模型拟合值序列与实际测量值序列,解得两者关联度、残差以及后验差数值。选取某市一座无坝径流引水式小型发电水电站,采用层次分析法检验模型控制效果,根据10名专家的质量评估因子评判结果与最大隶属度准则可知,所建模型具有较为理想的施工效果,能够满足后续实际工程建设要求。
Aiming at the current quality control strategy that can no longer meet the current construction quality requirements of water conservancy projects,a new construction management quality control model is constructed based on the AHP theory.After constructing the quality control model and the engineering quality control dynamic optimization model,the quality control model is divided into the target layer,the criterion layer and the sub-criteria layer for analysis,and the judgment matrix is established to judge the quality control situation in the construction stage of the project.According to the model fitted value sequence and the actual The measured value sequence is solved to obtain the correlation degree,residual and posterior difference value of the two.A small dam-free runoff diversion hydroelectric power station in a certain city is selected,and the analytic hierarchy process is used to test the control effect of the model.According to the evaluation results of the quality evaluation factors of 10 experts and the maximum membership criterion,it can be known that the built model has a relatively ideal construction effect,meet the follow-up actual project construction requirements.
