摘要
为解决PROTOS 1-8卷接机组三元空腔滤棒段传递过程中出现变形、掉落等问题,设计了一种吸附式加速鼓轮。利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,结合FLUENT和瞬态结构模块分析了加速鼓轮的流体入口半径、侧面流体区域长度、转速、流道出口孔径和轮槽宽度对轮槽吸力和滤棒段所受应力的影响,确定流道出口孔径和轮槽宽度是关键影响因素;使用响应面优化方法确定加速鼓轮的最优结构为流道出口孔径4.0 mm,轮槽宽度7.4 mm。以龙岩烟草工业有限责任公司生产的“七匹狼(观海中支)”牌卷烟为对象,对改进前后3台PROTOS 1-8卷接机组进行测试,结果表明:改进后每台机组滤棒段掉落次数由41次/d降低至14次/d。该方法可为提高卷接设备运行稳定性提供支持。
To prevent the ternary cavity filter rods from deformation or falling out during transferring process,an adsorptive accelerating drum was designed for a PROTOS 1-8 filter cigarette maker.The effects of factors,including fluid inlet radius,the length of lateral fluid region,rotational speed,runner outlet hole diameter,and drum groove width,on the suction of the drum grooves and the stress on the filter rods were investigated with an ANSYS finite element analysis software in combination with the FLUENT and transient structure modules.It was found that the outlet hole diameter and the drum groove width were the primary influencing factors.The response surface optimization method was used to determine the optimal parameters for the accelerating drum,they were:outlet hole diameter 4.0 mm and drum groove width 7.4 mm.Three modified PROTOS 1-8 cigarette makers were tested with“Septwolves(Guanhai Demi-slim)”brand cigarettes in Longyan Tobacco Industrial Limited Corporation,the results showed that the number of filter rod falling out per maker reduced from 41 to 14 times/day.This method supports the promotion of operation stability of cigarette makers.
