“互联网+医护一体化”模式在糖尿病肾病行血液透析患者中的应用效果

目的探讨“互联网+医护一体化”模式在糖尿病肾病行血液透析患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年3月-2022年5月医院收治的糖尿病肾病患者160例作为研究对象,按基本资料具有可比性的原则分为观察组和对照组,每组80例,两组患者均行血液透析治疗,对照组采用常规护理干预措施,观察组采用“互联网+医护一体化”模式干预,比较两组患者干预前后肾功能评分、自我管理能力水平评分、生活质量评分,比较两组患者透析相关并发症发生率和对干预措施的满意程度。结果“互联网+医护一体化”模式干预前两组患者肾功能指标、患者自我管理能力评分、患者生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);“互联网+医护一体化”模式干预后观察组患者ET、BUN和Scr水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。“互联网+医护一体化”模式干预后观察组患者饮食管理、依从性管理、症状管理和日常生活管理评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);“互联网+医护一体化”模式干预后观察组患者心理功能、躯体功能、社会功能和物质生活评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施“互联网+医护一体化”模式的观察组患者透析相关并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施“互联网+医护一体化”模式的观察组患者满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“互联网+医护一体化”模式可提高糖尿病肾病行血液透析患者肾功能水平,提高自我管理能力,改善患者生活质量,减少透析相关并发症,提高患者满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of“Internet+medical and nursing integrated”model in haemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods 160 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to the hospital from March 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the research object,they were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the principle of comparability of basic data,80 cases in each group,All the patients were treated with haemodialysis,and the control group used conventional nursing interventions,while the observation group adopt the“Internet+medical and nursing integrated”model of intervention,the kidney function score,self-management ability level score,quality of life score of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention.To compare the renal function score,self-management ability level score,quality of life score before and after the intervention of the two groups of patients,to compare the incidence of dialysis-related complications and the degree of satisfaction with the intervention measures of the two groups of patients.Results Before the intervention of“Internet+medical and nursing integrated”model,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of renal function indexes,self-management ability and quality of life scores(P>0.05).After the intervention of“Internet+medical and nursing integrated”model,the ET,BUN and Scr levels of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of dietary management,adherence management,symptom management and daily life management of patients in the observation group were higher than those of the control group after the intervention of“Internet+medical and nursing integrated”model,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),the scores of psychological function,somatic function,social function and material life of patients in the observation group were higher than those of the control group after the intervention of“Internett+medical and nursing integrated”model,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of dialysis-related complications in patients of the observation group implementing the“Internet+medical and nursing integrated”model was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The patient satisfaction of the observation group implementing the“Internet+medical and nursing integrated”model was higher than that of the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion“Internet+medical and nursing integrated”model could improve the level of renal function of haemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy,improve self-management ability and quality of life of patients,reduce dialysis-related complications,and enhance the patients’satisfaction.
