摘要
面向2040年,日本社会面临高等教育规模萎缩、人才市场需求变化、地方振兴需求凸显的挑战。经AI测算,推动大学循环教育改革是破解日本高等教育和社会发展难题的重要途径。为此,日本以终身教育理念为指导,构绘了地方循环教育平台、数字信息共享平台、重点循环教育项目和产教融合的循环教育课程,以这些作为大学循环教育改革的支点。日本坚持以系统思维构建终身教育体系,基于循证研究布局高等教育资源、以学习者为中心的理念和数字化转型思维整合终身教育资源,着重培育终身教育据点和人才,从而推动高等教育融入终身教育体系。
Looking forward to 2040,Japan is facing challenges such as the shrinkage scale of higher education,changing demands in the job market and prominent needs for regional revitalization.According to AI calculations,deepening the reform of recurrent education is an important path to solve the difficulties in Japanese higher education and social de-velopment by 2040.Therefore,guided by the concept of lifelong education,Japan has envisioned local recurrent education platform,digital information sharing platform,key recurrent education projects and courses integrating industry and education,using these as le-vers to promote the reform of recurrent education in universities.Japan adheres to building a lifelong education system with systematic thinking,allocating higher education resources based on evidence-based research,integrating lifelong resources with a learner-centered philosophy and digital transformation thinking,and emphasizing the cultivation of lifelong education hubs and talents.This can promote the integration of higher education into the lifelong education system and provide some reference for China.
