履带式果园碎枝机的设计

摘要 针对传统果园碎枝机工作效率低、劳动成本高、环境适应能力差的问题,设计了一款适用于丘陵山地的履带式果园碎枝机。该机具由动力系统、传动系统、进料系统、粉碎系统、出料系统以及履带式底盘行走系统组成,利用SolidWorks软件对果园碎枝机零部件模型的构建和装配,确定动力总成、转子总成、喂料装置、粉碎装置、传动装置等关键部件参数及尺寸。设计的履带式果园碎枝机可实现丘陵山区果园枝条就地粉碎,具有适应性强、粉碎高效、购置成本低等优点。 Aiming at the problems of low efficiency,high labor cost and poor environmental adaptability of the traditional orchard shredder,a tracked orchard shredder is designed for hilly and mountainous areas.The machine consists of power system,transmission system,feeding system,crushing system,discharging system,and crawler chassis walking system.SolidWorks software is used to construct and assemble the model of orchard pruner parts,and to determine the parameters and dimensions of key components such as power assembly,rotor assembly,feeding device,crushing device,transmission device,etc.The designed tracked orchard pruner can realize the advantages of in situ crushing of orchard branches in hilly and mountainous areas,strong adaptability,high efficiency of crushing,and low purchase cost.
