摘要
采用含手性识别剂的乙醇/硫酸铵双水相体系对马尼地平对映体进行手性识别研究。采用单因素实验分别考察了手性识别剂的选择、识别剂的浓度、待分离组分的浓度、pH等几个方面的影响,确定了最佳分离条件:体系pH为3.0,HP-β-CD浓度为0.4 mmol·L^(-1),马尼地平浓度为0.4 mmoL·L^(-1),以乙腈-0.2%三乙胺溶液(25∶75)为流动相对马尼地平对映体分离效果较好,精密度和重现性好,能满足马尼地平对映体的分离。
The enantiomeric recognition of manidipine was studied by using ethanol/ammonium sulfate aqueous two-phase system containing chiral discriminant.The effects of the selection of chiral recognition agent,the concentration of recognition agent,the concentration of components to be separated and pH were investigated by single factor experiments,and the optimum separation conditions were determined as follows:the pH of the system was 3.0,the concentration of HP-β-CD was 0.4 mmol·L^(-1),the concentration of manidipine was 0.4 mmol·L^(-1),and acetonitrile-0.2%triethylamine solution(25∶75)was used as the mobile phase.Under above conditions,the separation effect of manidipine enantiomers was good,and the precision and reproducibility were good,meeting the separation of manidipine enantiomers.
