硫代羧酸作为酰基化试剂在有机合成应用中的研究进展

摘要 硫代羧酸是重要的药物前体、化工原料及化学中间体,其独特的化学性使得该化合物在有机合成方面得到大力发展,如可作为酰基前体合成酰胺类衍生物。阐述了硫代羧酸作为酰基前体与含氮化合物在不同条件下进行酰胺化反应合成酰胺类衍生物的方法,对该方法存在的优缺点进行总结。 Thiocarboxylic acid is an important drug precursor,chemical raw material and chemical intermediate.Its unique chemistry makes the compound develop vigorously in organic synthesis,for example,it can be used as acyl precursor to synthesize amide derivatives.In this paper,the method of synthesizing amide derivatives by acylation reaction between thiocarboxylic acid as acyl precursor and nitrogen-containing compounds under different conditions was described,and the advantages and disadvantages of this method were summarized.
