铑和铱催化C—H键活化及其与偕二氟亚甲基炔烃的环化反应研究进展

摘要 近年来含氟炔烃作为创新偶联剂引起了合成界越来越多的兴趣,其中偕二氟亚甲基炔烃参与的C—H键官能化反应正在迅速发展。总结了过渡金属铑和铱催化偕二氟亚甲基炔烃参与的C—H键活化/环化反应。 In recent years,fluorinated alkynes have attracted increasing interest in the synthesis community as innovative coupling agents.The C-H bond functionalization reaction involving difluoromethylene alkynes is rapidly developing.In this article,the C-H bond activation/cyclization reactions catalyzed by transition metals rhodium and iridium in the presence of bifluoromethylene alkynes was mainly summarized.
